These terms apply to purchases made by enquiry from Exotic Elite Bullie Kennels, Australia. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Orders are arranged by enquiry. Where a PayPal button is shown, merch can be paid for online through PayPal (prices in Australian dollars). After you pay, we'll email you to confirm your size and colour before your order is sent. If we can't supply the item you chose, we'll refund you in full. Payments are processed by PayPal; we never see or store your card details.
Puppy deposits are applied to the purchase price. The deposit amount and when it can be refunded are set out in writing before you pay. If we cannot supply the puppy, your deposit is refunded in full. Nothing in our terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Bank details are only sent after your enquiry is approved, and we will never ask for card details on this website.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
